First day in USA

July 30, 2017 - the first day of my annual adventure, which I began to say goodbye to my closest family and friends. We will see again probably in 10 months. And I mean, with a smile on my face, I'm ready for the first part of the journey, a flight from Jasionka to Warsaw, another stop in London in the UK and a destination in Phoenix, USA. I'm going to the unknown! You better make me happy, because I'll be sure of it!

July 31, 2017 - me! Gabriela Mączka landed and was healthy in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. In that case, I have one week left in stock before the class starts. This time I'm going to get to know a new family of Kevin, Chrissi and their little son Gavin; as well as to identify the area that will be my home for another 10 months.
In my spare time I decided to see my new Verrado High School and choose new subjects. Because in the USA every student has the opportunity to develop in the direction that interests him. Although there is still a pattern to be followed when choosing them. In my case they are 2 obligatory and 4 optional.

August 8, 2017 - another important date for me, the first day of school. Point 7:30 school bus, yellow bus like an American film. In one hand a new plan of activities, and in the other a map of the school, which turned out to be salutary, because the size of the building was much larger than my Polish.
For the next half year, my Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays will look the same, the bus departure at 7:30, 6 hours from 8:10 with 5 minute breaks and a half hour lunch break. Wednesdays and Thursdays with a slight change, bus departure at 8:15, 4 items 1:35 minutes from 8:55. Every day I come home by bus at 15:25.
